The Role
I’m looking to speak with DevOps Engineers who enjoy taking ownership of cloud infrastructure and platform operations in high-growth environments.
You’ll be the dedicated DevOps Engineer supporting the German engineering team, working closely with developers to troubleshoot issues, improve infrastructure, and drive automation. While there’s support from a US-based infrastructure team, this role requires someone comfortable owning the German environment end-to-end.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and scaling AWS infrastructure
- Building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
- Managing infrastructure as code with Terraform
- Building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Supporting Postgres databases and AWS Secrets Manager
- Troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues
- Improving platform reliability, scalability, and automation
Requirements
- 4–5 years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience
- Strong AWS and Kubernetes experience
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and cloud infrastructure best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent commercial experience
Nice to Have
- Serverless or microservices experience
- Advanced scripting or configuration management experience
- Experience in high-growth product companies
