Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern machine learning frameworks.

• Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) integrations for enterprise applications.

• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and intelligent automation solutions.

• Collaborate with software engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI products.

• Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate AI services into existing platforms.

• Deploy and support AI solutions within AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.

• Monitor, optimize, and improve model performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to best practices for AI development.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing production AI or Machine Learning solutions.

• Strong programming experience with Python.

• Experience working with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, or similar technologies.

• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Milvus.

• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience using Git and modern CI/CD practices.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within cross-functional Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Hugging Face or open-source LLMs.

• Kubernetes and containerization experience.

• MLOps experience.

• Experience developing AI agents or autonomous workflows.

• Previous consulting or client-facing experience.

• Experience within SaaS, Healthcare Technology, FinTech, Robotics, Manufacturing, or Cloud Technology environments.
