The opportunity 

Reporting directly to the Director of London, this is a pivotal role at the heart of our growth journey. You’ll lead from the front - shaping commercial strategy, driving sales performance, and empowering consultants to deliver exceptional results. 

 

You’ll bring structure, energy, and inspiration to the sales floor - setting clear KPIs, creating accountability, and ensuring every consultant has the tools, direction, and confidence to win. You’ll also play a key role in mapping and expanding our customer base across Europe, helping us grow existing accounts and open up new markets. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the charge on sales performance across contract recruitment, working closely with the Director to plan and execute our commercial roadmap. 

  • Set clear KPIs and drive a culture of accountability, growth, and delivery across the sales floor. 

  • Coach, develop, and empower a high-performing team of 10+ senior consultants, bringing fresh ideas, motivation, and structure to every desk. 

  • Work with consultants to win new customers, expand existing accounts, and map client opportunities across Europe. 

  • Collaborate with the CRO and senior leadership to drive NFI growth across both contract and perm teams. 

  • Bring ideas to life - from sales campaigns to market expansion initiatives, with a creative, data-led, and commercial mindset. 

  • Leverage international experience - US to EU knowledge (advantageous) - to support strategic projects and cross-border growth. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven success in contract recruitment, ideally with leadership or mentoring experience 

  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen — able to translate vision into action 

  • Confidence in setting KPIs, managing performance, and coaching teams to deliver 

  • Experience in European markets (US to EU background a plus) 

  • A collaborative, energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
