The company:
Signify have partnered with a billion-dollar manufacturing business operating across software, industrial builds and data centre manufacturing.

Role and Responsibilities:
Build a quality engineering practice from the ground up across software and data analytics. Take a hands-on leadership role, setting the strategy, selecting tools and embedding automated testing into CI/CD.

Introduce AI-generated tests, self-healing automation and AI-assisted defect triage, helping the business move beyond largely manual testing.

Job Requirements:
Experience building or transforming QA practices, combining technical leadership with hands-on automation delivery. Ability to turn AI capabilities into practical testing improvements.

The stack is open, with potential tools including Playwright, Cypress, GitHub Copilot, mabl, Testim, Great Expectations and dbt tests. The current environment includes Azure DevOps and early UiPath experimentation.
