I’m a Principal Consultant at Signify, specialising in senior and complex hires across Software Engineering, Data, AI/ML, and Technology Leadership. I partner closely with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Heads of Data to deliver both permanent and contract hiring solutions aligned to scale, modernisation, and commercial outcomes.
I bring 9+ years’ experience in technology recruitment, working across North America with a strong focus on contract-first and near-shore (LATAM) talent models. Over three years ago, I relocated from the UK to the US to be closer to clients and leadership teams, enabling stronger relationships and more effective, in-person collaboration.
I’ve delivered across a wide range of industries, including global e-commerce, telecoms, ClimateTech and energy, EdTech, InsurTech, and government-adjacent organisations, and regularly support senior leadership mandates such as CTO, VP Engineering, and Data Leadership roles.
