With over six years of experience in recruitment and executive search, I now lead Signify’s global people function - aligning HR strategy with commercial goals to drive performance, retention, and culture. I began my career as a Recruitment Consultant before transitioning into HR, and I now oversee all global HR operations, including performance management, employee engagement, legal compliance, the employee lifecycle, and benefits management.
My previous experience across the non-profit, property development, and energy sectors has given me a strong understanding of what makes a workplace competitive and a people function truly effective. I’m passionate about fostering morale, culture, and employee satisfaction as key drivers for attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
Since joining Signify, I’ve built a global performance management framework, introduced enhanced employee benefits - including comprehensive healthcare, dental and vision insurance, and a UK Electric Vehicle salary sacrifice scheme - and developed clear policies and structured processes to ensure consistent, equitable people management practices. Within just two years, I was promoted to the Senior Leadership Team in recognition of my impact.
I hold a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources and take a people-first approach that supports the company’s continued commercial success. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to new places, reading fiction, watching true crime documentaries (a nod to my criminology degree), being a proud dog mum, and spending time with friends and family.
