I lead searches across permanent and contractor programs with particular depth in Cloud, IoT, SaaS, networking, and cybersecurity. I’ve built full teams from greenfield squads to scale-up functions and delivered for top-performing hedge funds and security organizations.

My focus is on calibrated, KPI-driven search, rigorous interview design, and fast, candidate-friendly process orchestration that improves time to hire and offer accept rates. Beyond day-to-day delivery, I support market mapping and help design go-to-market hiring playbooks for new practices.
