I’m a Talent Sourcer at Signify Technology, where I focus on identifying and delivering top-tier candidates for a wide range of technical roles. This is my first year in tech recruitment, and I’m proud to have already made an impact, setting a company record for the fastest deal in our history. My background in college basketball coaching taught me how to compete, adapt quickly, and build strong relationships—skills I bring into every search.

I continually strive to learn new technologies, expand into new markets, and deliver exceptional results. Outside of work, I’m passionate about sports and travel, especially visiting my hometown of Vancouver, Canada.
