I’m a Principal Consultant at Signify, bringing a broad range of experience across contract recruitment, working with both enterprise-level organisations and tech-forward start-ups. I specialise within the JavaScript and TypeScript ecosystem, alongside Machine Learning and Data Science, supporting businesses that need highly skilled engineers to deliver meaningful outcomes.
I have 7 years’ experience in tech and consulting, and I’m particularly passionate about helping senior leadership teams scale high-performing engineering teams. My focus is on placing senior full-stack engineers who can step into greenfield projects and deliver impact from day one.
One of my early highlights at Signify was within my first month, where I partnered with a brand-new client and successfully placed a Senior Software Engineer onto a project. The placement performed exceptionally well and has since been extended, reinforcing my approach of prioritising long-term fit over short-term wins.
Previously, I’ve worked across a range of sectors, including Software Consultancies and Digital Agencies, E-commerce, and Software-led organisations, giving me strong exposure to different delivery models, technical challenges, and business priorities.
Outside of work, I’m someone who loves to stay active and spend time outdoors. Cycling is one of my passions. I’ve also done ballet since age 2, and until relocating to Austin, I danced weekly. On the other end of the spectrum, I’m a total TV series savant and love nothing more than finding a great show and fully debriefing on it afterwards.
