I’m a Principal Consultant at Signify Technology, specialising in AI, Cloud, Data and Digital Transformation recruitment. I partner with organisations across the US and Europe, helping them secure skilled technology professionals through consulting and Resourcing solutions, with a particular focus on consulting hiring.
I bring more than four years of technology hiring experience and over ten years in sales and relationship-driven roles. My focus is on specialist hiring across AI and Machine Learning, Cloud, Data and Platform Engineering, as well as the technical Project Managers and Business Analysts who lead complex AI, cloud, and digital transformation programmes. I work closely with technology leaders to understand their business objectives, technical challenges and hiring needs before introducing the right talent.
Previously, I’ve recruited across financial services, fintech, software engineering and digital transformation, supporting clients and candidates throughout the UK, Europe, and North America. During my recruitment career, I’ve consistently exceeded performance targets, built strong international networks and successfully delivered hiring solutions across markets including London, Poland, Canada and the US.
My approach is centred on building trusted, long-term relationships and delivering quality over quantity. I believe successful recruitment starts with properly understanding the organisation, its people, and its wider objectives, not simply matching a candidate to a job description. I aim to become a genuine recruitment partner to both clients and candidates, providing an honest, straightforward and consultative service.
Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan and a strong believer in teamwork. I previously represented England in volleyball, an experience that helped shape my competitive mindset, resilience and team-first approach.
