I'm the Global L&D Manager at Signify, leading our development and training strategy. With 8 years of experience in recruitment and L&D, I'm commercially minded and passionate about sales, strategy, and coaching individuals to thrive in their careers.

Our L&D team plays a vital role in driving performance - designing standout onboarding experiences, delivering a six-month trainee recruitment program, hosting weekly role plays, and providing leadership development and 1:1 coaching. 

Everything we do is built to impact sales and help our people succeed faster. I’m passionate about coaching and encouraging people to unlock that extra 1% every day - until they become experts in what they do without even thinking. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources, along with a CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development Management.
