Maintain a high level of individual work effort and billing.   Requirements: Proven experience and solid track record as a senior-level recruitment consultant, preferably in a specialised industry or sector. In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems CRM, and other relevant tools.
