Role and responsibilities:
this role is centered on delivering successful customer implementations. You will develop a deep understanding of both the technology and the customer’s operating environment in order to design, install, and support effective solutions. The position spans the full lifecycle of deployment — from solution design and planning through on-site execution and post-deployment support.
You’ll work closely with multiple engineering disciplines to gain hands-on knowledge of system hardware, software, automation, perception, and control systems, enabling you to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in real-world environments.

Act as the primary on-site technical presence during system deployment until the solution is fully operational
Execute on-site commissioning across hardware, software, controls, and networking components
Coordinate deployment activities, resources, and timelines while working with internal teams to prioritize issues and communicate progress
Analyze existing customer workflows to ensure seamless integration into daily operations
Document and track issues discovered on-site, troubleshooting and escalating as needed
Validate system performance against agreed benchmarks prior to acceptance testing and customer training
Support ongoing maintenance activities and system upgrades
Travel extensively to customer sites
Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Practical experience working with industrial robotic systems and controllers
Strong familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and software diagnostic tools
Comfortable operating in a Linux-based environment
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to perform effectively in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments
Clear and confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willingness and ability to travel extensively as part of the role
