Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in consulting roles with SAP HCM.
- Prior experience working with Spanish Payroll (PY-ES).
- Strong understanding of Spanish tax laws and labor regulations.
- Experience with SAP HCM modules, particularly Payroll.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- SAP certification is a plus
