Job title: Workday Specialist
Job type: Long-term contract or Contract-to-hire
Contract Length: 6 months with possible extension

Role and Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio).

Configure and support Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.

Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Support release cycles, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure data integrity/security.

Optimize existing integrations and workflows to improve performance and compliance.

Act as a technical SME for Workday integration and system administration.
Job Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations and configuration.

Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation.

Expertise with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).

Solid understanding of data encryption, authentication, and security protocols.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with minimal oversight.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Experience in Agile environments is a plus.
