Salary: $210,000 - $230,000

Role Location: New York/Boston

Role and responsibilities:

• Own and drive the global product strategy across trading and market-facing platforms

• Lead, mentor, and grow a product organisation of ~6 Product Directors and Product Managers

• Partner closely with Engineering, Research, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact products

• Translate complex market, customer, and trading requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps

• Act as a strategic voice at senior leadership level while remaining tactically engaged when needed

• Balance long-term product vision with near-term delivery and execution

• Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure strong product-market fit

Job requirements:

• Senior product leadership experience (VP / Head of Product or equivalent)

• Strong background in trading environments—ideally commodities (oil, gas, power), though equities or adjacent trading domains are also welcome

• Experience working for a vendor, brokerage, or platform provider building trading or market-facing products

• Proven ability to lead product strategy while collaborating deeply with engineering teams

• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, evolving environments where you may need to wear multiple hats

Experience level

• Ideally 10+ years of relevant experience

• Candidates with 7+ years will be considered if they bring strong, directly relevant industry experience and clear product leadership capability
