  ? What You’ll Be Doing

• Writing clean, efficient, and high-quality code following modern software design principles

• Leading design discussions and championing architectural standards and security best practices

• Guiding a talented team of engineers through Agile workflows (Scrum or Kanban)

  ? What You Bring

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building scalable SaaS platforms

• 8+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience

• 5+ years building intuitive front-ends using React

• Strong test automation background with tools like RSpec, Cucumber, or similar

• Deep understanding of databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB

• A natural leader with proven success guiding cross-functional engineering teams

• Agile mindset — comfortable with iterative delivery and continuous improvement

• Problem-solver, clear communicator, and strong collaborator

• Bonus: Experience working in or adjacent to Financial Services is a plus!
