Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Talend Consultant to lead the discovery phase of an ETL migration project, transitioning legacy data integration workflows to Talend and Workato. The consultant will assess current ETL processes, data sources, and integration patterns, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation.
Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting requirements, mapping current-state and future-state architectures, and producing a detailed migration strategy and implementation roadmap.

- Proven experience with Talend Data Integration (design, optimisation, best practices)
- Understanding of Workato for workflow automation and integration
- Strong background in ETL process analysis and migration planning
- Ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
