Role and responsibilities: 
 

Key Responsibilities

• Shape project goals and success measures in collaboration with internal stakeholders

• Develop and maintain execution roadmaps, tracking progress, decisions, and outcomes

• Break down initiatives into workable components, ensuring responsibilities and dependencies are clearly defined

• Coordinate communication between technical teams and adjacent functions to reduce friction and ambiguity

• Ensure appropriate staffing and resource coverage to meet delivery commitments

• Surface risks, constraints, and blockers early, and guide resolution efforts

• Adjust plans as conditions change to keep delivery on course

• Coordinate with external contributors when applicable

• Occasional travel may be required

Experience & Profile

• Solid technical grounding with the ability to understand interconnected systems

• Significant experience overseeing technical initiatives or programs

• Comfortable leading planning cycles, execution phases, and delivery reviews

• Familiar with iterative development processes and outcome-driven execution

• Able to adapt delivery approaches to fit varying team structures and timelines

• Strong risk awareness and change management capability

• Highly detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem solving

• Confident judgment and steady leadership under uncertainty

• Experience using project tracking and coordination tools

• Naturally collaborative, curious, and improvement-focused

• Eligible to work in the United States
