Role and Responsibilities
- Managing cloud platforms, productivity tools, servers, and directory services.
- Monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Setting up servers, ensuring secure configurations and updates.
- Administering virtual environments and storage solutions.
- Supporting collaboration tools and communication systems.
- Configuring single sign-on, networking, and email security.
- Implementing security policies and automating tasks.
- Ensuring reliable backups and collaborating on infrastructure security.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience/education.
- 1–5 years in a similar role.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, servers, and directory services.
- Scripting and network fundamentals familiarity.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., cloud/endpoint administration).
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
