The company:
 A company that helps pharma and biotech firms bring new drugs to market and run medical events. A big part of their work is hiring doctors to speak at events and handling all the logistics; from flights to payments. Their clients include both big pharma names like GSK and smaller biotech firms, so their work directly helps new treatments reach patients.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and UIKit
  • Build and enhance features for event management (e.g., attendance tracking, sign-in functionality)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
  • Debug and resolve technical issues to enhance user experience
  • Optimize application performance and ensure compatibility across iOS devices and versions
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services
  • Stay up to date with iOS development trends and contribute to process improvements
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in iOS development with Swift
  • Strong proficiency in UIKit and Core Data
  • Experience with Auto Layout and Interface Builder
  • Solid understanding of iOS architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM)
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and networking libraries (e.g., Alamofire)
  • Familiarity with Git and version control systems
  • Knowledge of unit testing and UI testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest, XCUITest)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • UI/UX design understanding is a plus
  • Experience with sign-in features/functionality (authentication, user onboarding) is a plus
