I'm working with a fast-growing company in the travel technology space, helping process millions of tickets annually and helping travel operators optimise pricing, capacity, and demand forecasting across routes, seasons, and channels.

Role and Responsibilities

The Product Support /SRE will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of highly secure, mission-critical systems.

This is a senior, hands-on position focused on supporting complex production environments, improving system resilience, and driving automation across the platform. You’ll act as a technical escalation point while helping shape long-term reliability and infrastructure strategy.

You’ll work closely with backend engineers, platform teams, and security specialists to operate and evolve distributed systems at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring high availability and reliability of large-scale production systems.

• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex incidents and outages.

• Designing and improving monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms.

• Automating infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes.

• Driving best practices around incident management, post-mortems, and resilience.

• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve system performance and stability.

• Supporting capacity planning and disaster recovery strategies.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering roles.

• Proven background supporting and operating distributed, high-availability systems.

• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and system administration.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud-native architectures.

• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

• Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).

• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems under pressure.
