Job Requirements:
- Architect and develop robust, scalable backend services using Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Lead the design and implementation of distributed systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with data science teams to integrate and fine-tune machine learning models in production environments.
- Drive cloud infrastructure strategy and implementation using AWS, including deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
- Champion best practices in object-oriented design, software architecture, and code quality.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for backend and ML integration initiatives.
- Apply domain expertise to enhance search capabilities and relevance across our platform.
