Role and Responsibilities:

Drive complex projects from design through delivery with full ownership and accountability.

Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to build innovative software solutions.

Lead technical design, architecture discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices.

Develop robust .NET back-end and front-end solutions following modern patterns and standards.

Champion test-first and acceptance-criteria-driven development.
-
Participate in code reviews, documentation, continuous improvement, and mentoring other engineers.

Ensure solutions meet key non-functional needs: performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
-
Stay current with new technologies, trends, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
-
5–10 years of experience in software product development.
-
Strong proficiency in .NET 4.8+, .NET Core, C# 10+, MS SQL Server (T-SQL).

Experience working in hybrid/cloud environments—Azure preferred.

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps a plus).

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding principles.

Experience with Git, automated testing, design patterns, domain-driven design, and integration (REST/SOAP).

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Ability to break down large initiatives into sprint-sized deliverables in an Agile environment.

Familiarity with security best practices, compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001), and secure coding.

Bonus: Microsoft Certified Azure Developer / Azure DevOps Engineer.
