Product Manager - AI Platform
Location: Burbank - Onsite at least 3-4 days a week.

We are currently seeking a seasoned Product Manager for a media client's internal AI/XR platform. If you are a visionary product leader passionate about harnessing the power of AI/XR while ensuring its responsible use, we invite you to apply.

Job Summary
As the Product Manager, you will lead product management for the client's central AI information repository. You will collaboratively craft a roadmap and rapidly ship high-impact features.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thinks like a community organizer, is passionate about building AI-native products, is a proven expert in scalable CMS, and can ship products that meet world-class privacy and security standards. You will drive an engineering team with high autonomy, producing documentation and artifacts proactively without close supervision. This role involves overseeing the development and enhancement of a CMS-like website, planning and executing integrations (e.g., with Airtable), and evaluating AI tools for potential site integration. You will also navigate the unique challenges of working in an entertainment company, including managing executive expectations, last-minute requests, and adapting to stakeholder needs with high EQ and adaptability.

Responsibilities
  • Embed fairness, transparency, and governance in product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Governance on a long-term roadmap.
  • Evolve the platform with adaptive, intelligence-driven interactions.
  • Build a scalable CMS with self-service edits, live previews, and metadata governance.
  • Create a trusted knowledge hub with automated pipelines for collaboration tools and research.
  • Develop community-first features to fuel contribution and peer learning.
  • Lead distributed engineering squads, managing backlogs and delivery across time zones.
  • Ensure compliance with Privacy, Legal, and Comms, embedding guardrails in releases.
  • Define success metrics, implement analytics, and share updates with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 7+ years managing large-scale informational sites or portals, including AI- or data-driven products.
  • Proven success delivering agile roadmaps with clear metrics.
  • Expertise in headless or component-based CMS, live editing, and metadata governance.
  • Ability to translate GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 requirements into product plans.
  • Strong collaborator, building trust across engineering, design, legal, and business teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
