Responsibilities

Build and ship features using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, AWS, Heroku, and Bootstrap.

Write clean, tested, secure code and conduct code reviews.

Resolve production issues with thorough root-cause analysis.

Collaborate on product roadmap, technical scoping, and UX design.

Propose features and manage workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

2–7 years of software engineering experience, ideally in startups.

Skilled in writing clean, tested, secure code with strong problem-solving.

Thrives in fast-paced settings with data-driven, continuous improvement focus.

Comfortable with code reviews and committed to excellence.

Preferred: Startup founder or co-founder experience.
