Role and Responsibilities:
Partner with Development teams to support application build and continuous improvement.
Expand, optimise, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using APM tools.
Work daily with AWS cloud infrastructure.
Optimise service performance and cloud costs.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of systems.
Analyse current architecture and propose scalable improvements.
Design and implement automated workflows and infrastructure processes.
Promote and embed DevOps culture across engineering teams.
Job Requirements:
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including:
Cognito
Aurora PostgreSQL
EKS
Lambda
S3
API Gateway
DynamoDB
EC2
DocumentDB
SNS
OpenSearch
Experience with Messaging/Streaming technologies:
RabbitMQ
SQS
Kafka
Kinesis
Infrastructure as Code expertise:
CloudFormation
Terraform
Strong Kubernetes (K8s) experience:
Resource optimisation
Provisioning new services
Improving existing services
K8s architecture design
Experience with Windows Server (Active Directory, IIS, Windows Services).
CI/CD tooling experience:
Jenkins
Azure DevOps
Scripting/programming skills in:
Shell
Python
