Role and Responsibilities:

• Partner with Development teams to support application build and continuous improvement.

• Expand, optimise, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues using APM tools.

• Work daily with AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Optimise service performance and cloud costs.

• Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of systems.

• Analyse current architecture and propose scalable improvements.

• Design and implement automated workflows and infrastructure processes.

• Promote and embed DevOps culture across engineering teams.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including:

  • Cognito

  • Aurora PostgreSQL

  • EKS

  • Lambda

  • S3

  • API Gateway

  • DynamoDB

  • EC2

  • DocumentDB

  • SNS

  • OpenSearch

• Experience with Messaging/Streaming technologies:

  • RabbitMQ

  • SQS

  • Kafka

  • Kinesis

• Infrastructure as Code expertise:

  • CloudFormation

  • Terraform

• Strong Kubernetes (K8s) experience:

  • Resource optimisation

  • Provisioning new services

  • Improving existing services

  • K8s architecture design

• Experience with Windows Server (Active Directory, IIS, Windows Services).

• CI/CD tooling experience:

  • Jenkins

  • Azure DevOps

• Scripting/programming skills in:

  • Shell

  • Python
