Job title: Senior Test Manager 

Job type: Contract

Contract Length: 6 months rolling 

Rate: €350 - €390 a day 

Role Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of testing initiatives across multiple workstreams

• Apply Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies to optimise team performance and delivery speed

• Own planning, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking across large-scale programmes

• Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, retrospectives, and key stakeholder meetings

• Provide clear, concise reporting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams

• Use tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Excel to manage delivery and documentation

Job Requirements:
 

• 10+ years of experience across testing, delivery, and project management

• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices

• Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking

• Strong leadership and facilitation skills—comfortable steering delivery in dynamic teams

• Tooling experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and MS Project

• Experience in international and multicultural environments

• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or PM² are a plus, but not essential
