What you will be doing:
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs, including systems for payments, subscriptions, authentication, analytics, and text-to-speech
- Develop and scale robust internal and public APIs, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and reliability
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to support end-to-end product development and align backend systems with user needs
- Lead backend efforts on B2B integrations, including enterprise customization and external API development
- Drive architectural decisions to support scalability, extensibility, and long-term platform growth
What you will bring:
- Proven hands-on experience in backend development using TypeScript/Node.js (required)
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure with direct experience in Google Cloud Platform; familiarity with AWS or Azure is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building and deploying containerized applications using Docker
- Preferred: Experience deploying scalable applications using Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset
