Role and Responsibilities:We’re hiring one of the founding engineers to help build and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven healthcare platform. You’ll have real ownership from day one, with a clear path to leading engineering as the company grows.
You’ll influence architecture, technical direction, and engineering culture - while working on technology that measurably improves patient outcomes.
Job Requirements:- Strong experience with TypeScript and AWS, including infrastructure and architectural decision-making
- Proven experience building and scaling backend systems for real-time or AI-enabled applications
- Deep understanding of API design and developer-facing platforms
- Experience optimizing data pipelines and system performance at scale
- Strong fundamentals in security, reliability, and fault-tolerant system design
- Product-focused: You think deeply about user impact
- Ownership-driven: You want responsibility, not hand-holding
- Clear communicator: You can challenge ideas and collaborate effectively
- Bias to action: You move fast and ship often
