Job Requirements:
Experience: 4–7 years in IT infrastructure or application design (or 7+ years without a degree), with a passion for automation and cloud computing.
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, .NET, or similar; expertise with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism); mastery of Git and build automation.
Key Abilities: Strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and the knack for explaining tech to non-tech audiences.
Preferred: UiPath Advanced Automation Certification, 2–5 years of RPA development, and experience with cloud security and change management.
