A well-funded, early-stage startup is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build an AI-powered platform that simplifies complex workflows in the urban planning and construction industry. You’ll join a small, senior team that values long-term thinking, product ownership, and thoughtful engineering.

What You’ll Do:

• Own features end to end — from design to production.

• Build systems that integrate LLMs to solve real-world problems.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and end users.

• Make meaningful product decisions and ship iteratively.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of engineering experience at product-driven companies.

• Experience with Rails and/or React in production.

• Proven ability to ship full stack features independently.

• Strong product sense and ability to operate in ambiguity.

• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for building in new spaces.

Nice to Have:

• TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, AWS.

• Background in computer science or related fields.
