Job Title: Senior Data & Analytics Engineer
Salary: $150K - $180K
Location: Remote or Hybrid Bay area
This company is building AI-powered products that depend on reliable, high-quality data and is hiring a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to play a central role in making that possible. In this role, you’ll own the analytics stack end-to-end by designing schemas, building ingestion pipelines, and applying statistical methods to deliver trusted insights. Your work will directly influence product direction, customer strategy, and business growth, while strengthening the data foundations that power next-generation AI applications.
Requirements
5+ years of experience designing and maintaining data-ingestion pipelines
5+ years designing analytics schemas and building ELT on modern data stacks (dbt, Delta Live Tables, etc.)
5+ years building visualizations and analyses using Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
Expert in SQL and proficient in scripting languages (Python, PySpark, Java, or Scala)
Strong background in statistics, with expertise in statistical inference, A/B testing, growth, and model analytics
Proven ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
BS or MS in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
