Role and responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Engineer to architect and implement the blockchain foundation of the firm’s ecosystem. You will design secure, scalable, and user-friendly blockchain solutions that integrate biometric identity, payments, and data services. We’re building a dedicated RWA Layer 1 chain focused on asset definition, settlement, and verification at the base layer, with Layer 2 compatibility and strong real-world integration. The ideal candidate is passionate about building new blockchain infrastructure from scratch and can translate research concepts into practical system blueprints, collaborating effectively with our core engineering team. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who has deep blockchain expertise, thrives in 0?1 innovation, and is motivated to build real-world applications at global scale. Key responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and distributed systems powering the firm’s ecosystem
  • Develop tokenized payment systems and identity verification flows, ensuring high security and usability.
  • Implement smart contracts for token utility, payments, and governance.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain systems through rigorous testing and best practices.
  • Integrate biometric verification (Face Scan) and payment flows (BioPay) into blockchain applications.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to align blockchain development with roadmap and user needs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for blockchain development
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, DeFi, and decentralized identity to guide innovation.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, or related technical field.
  • Public technical footprint — GitHub contributions, open-source code, technical articles, or recorded talks that demonstrate hands-on expertise.
  • 5+ years of blockchain development experience (protocol, dApps, Layer 1/Layer 2, or DeFi/Web3).
  • Proficiency in Golang, Rust, and Solidity.
  • Strong understanding of smart contract security, cryptography, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Ethereum, Solana, or other major blockchain platforms.
  • Proven track record of delivering production-grade blockchain systems.
Highly Preferred:
  • Real-world asset (RWA) tokenization experience.
  • Familiarity with fintech, identity verification, or biometric systems.
Who You Are:
  • Innovator: Excited to work on blockchain systems that combine identity, payments, and real-world applications.
  • Explorer mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in 0-1 environments, and moves quickly.
  • Security-first engineer: Obsessed with trust, reliability, and protecting user data.
  • Vision-aligned: Believes in AC Tech’s mission of building secure and inclusive digital ecosystems.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and equity opportunities.
