We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce applications to support business requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other data tools.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality business solutions.
Maintain documentation for code, processes, and customizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Ensure best practices in coding standards, deployment procedures, and version control.
Perform regular unit testing and participate in system testing.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC).
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration: objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, reports, dashboards.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins is a plus.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or third-party ETL tools.
Experience with Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Familiarity with AppExchange products and customizations.
