Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator (Hybrid Role)
Remote (US, Canada, or LATAM)
Must be able to work within US East–West Coast time zones
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce environment. This is a hybrid role that blends technical Salesforce administration, data management, and business analysis.
The ideal candidate is someone who is not only technically strong in Salesforce, but who can also partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand how they work today, identify gaps, recommend best practices, and help implement and train teams on improved workflows.
This role is well-suited to a mid-level professional (3–5 years experience) who has broad exposure to Salesforce rather than deep specialization in a single module.
Serve as a hands-on administrator for Salesforce, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and usability
Maintain strong data hygiene, including data quality, validation rules, and ongoing cleanup
Manage user access, permission sets, profiles, and role hierarchies
Oversee Salesforce apps, integrations, and configurations
Support and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand current workflows and future needs
Actively elicit requirements from non-technical stakeholders who may not clearly articulate them
Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and best-practice recommendations
Guide teams toward better usage of native Salesforce tools and capabilities
Help stakeholders “own” requirements and solutions while acting as the trusted advisor
Support Salesforce integrations with HubSpot, with a focus on marketing workflows and data flow
Collaborate with marketing teams on lead management, campaign tracking, and reporting
Implement approved solutions and enhancements
Train end users on new processes, tools, and best practices
Create lightweight documentation and guidance as needed
3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or hybrid of both
Strong understanding of Salesforce data management and system configuration
Experience working directly with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Comfortable working in smaller teams (e.g., 5–6 people) with broad Salesforce ownership
Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
Experience with HubSpot–Salesforce integrations
Exposure to both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Background in improving cross-functional workflows and operational processes
MBA or equivalent business education (not required, but a plus)
Mid-level professional with hands-on Salesforce experience
Technically capable but not overly siloed or purely technical
Confident working directly with end users to extract requirements
Comfortable making recommendations based on best practices
Able to move between technical execution and business conversations seamlessly
