Role and responsibilities:
 

We’re looking for a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and system observability. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems, while partnering closely with development teams to streamline deployments and improve operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support deployments to production and staging environments, maintaining reliability and consistency across systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Kubernetes clusters, applications, and underlying infrastructure.

  • Use tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Elasticsearch to monitor system health and drive performance improvements.

  • Collaborate with development teams to address infrastructure and deployment needs as they arise.

  • Manage AWS infrastructure through Terraform, following infrastructure-as-code best practices.

  • Administer secrets and handle security operations using HashiCorp Vault.

  • Work with Docker containers and Linux-based environments to support applications and services.

  • Enhance system observability, resilience, and automation in partnership with cross-functional teams.

  • Create and maintain documentation to support knowledge sharing and process improvement across the engineering organization.


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).


Core Skills

  • Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting.

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform on AWS.

  • Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, etc.).

  • Monitoring and observability with Grafana, Prometheus, and Elasticsearch.

  • Secrets management and security using HashiCorp Vault.

  • Linux system administration and containerization with Docker.


Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

  • Experience with incident response and operational best practices.

  • Ability to balance reactive support with proactive project work.

  • Clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
