Job Title: Research Scientist
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 + equity
Location: New York City or San Francisco (on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on video generation and 3D representation learning, with a focus on 3DVAE and video diffusion
• Develop novel architectures and algorithms for video generation and agent behavior
• Translate research into practical, scalable solutions integrated into our foundation models
• Stay ahead of the curve on state-of-the-art techniques and publish results when applicable
• Collaborate across teams to align research with product goals and deployment strategy

Requirements:

• PhD in Computer Science, ML, or a related field (or equivalent research experience)
• Deep expertise in VAEs, diffusion models, and generative modeling for video or 3D data
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with 3D data processing and representation learning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong publication record in top-tier ML conferences (NeurIPS, CVPR, ICLR, etc.) is a plus
