Role and responsibilities:
As an RPA Developer, you will design, develop, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes. You will also collaborate on AI-driven projects, integrating machine learning and intelligent automation to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and configuring RPA workflows using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Collaborating with AI teams to incorporate machine learning models into automation solutions.
- Analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Testing, deploying, and maintaining RPA bots, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Working with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems.
- Documenting processes, technical specifications, and performance metrics.
- Staying updated on RPA and AI trends to propose innovative solutions.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in RPA development with platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, or Azure AI).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
- Experience with process analysis, design, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Certifications in RPA (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer) or AI-related fields.
- Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
