Role and responsibilities:

Design and implement robust, scalable backend systems using Python.

Develop APIs and data pipelines to support both real-time and batch processing of financial data.

Collaborate closely with data scientists, quantitative analysts, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Maintain high code quality through comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and peer code reviews.

Contribute to system architecture and design decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Apply best practices for security and data protection throughout the development lifecycle.

Monitor, debug, and enhance application performance in production environments.

Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies in finance and software engineering.
Job requirements:

Over 4 years of experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on Python.

Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.

Hands-on experience with financial systems, trading platforms, or risk management solutions.

Proficient in working with both relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.

Strong expertise in data processing using tools like pandas and NumPy, along with experience in API integration and development.

Familiar with CI/CD workflows and DevOps best practices.
