Duration: Approximately three months.

Primary Responsibilities:
    • Execute a pre-existing project plan with set timelines.
    • Communicate technical processes (e.g., domain transfers, IP changes, SSL certificate installations) to clients in simple, actionable terms.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to implement changes and use tools to monitor progress (e.g., verifying IP propagation).
    • Manage client expectations, particularly regarding timelines (e.g., 24-hour propagation periods).
    • Handle situations where clients or staff lack access or authority, ensuring the right personnel are involved (e.g., coordinating two-factor authentication or account access).
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of website-related terms (e.g., IP, DNS, SSL, latency, propagation) without needing to perform technical tasks.
    • Communication: Strong client-facing skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders (e.g., doctors or their staff).
    • Interpersonal: Ability to coordinate between technical teams and clients, with diplomacy to secure necessary access or information.
    • Experience: At least three years of project management experience, ideally with client-facing responsibilities and exposure to website or IT projects.
