The client is looking for a senior Application Product Owner (>6 years of experience) to join the Cybersecurity department.

The role is strategic: it involves leading the evolution of an internal plan de contrôle tool (a web application for entering and monitoring the Group’s security controls), with a strong user-oriented approach.

The position does not require a technical cybersecurity expert, but rather a Product Owner able to fully understand this context, orchestrate functional evolutions, and adopt a decidedly user-centric approach.

Key points of the assignment:

• Gathering requirements from the cybersecurity teams and defining functional specifications.

• Building and managing the roadmap, prioritizing the backlog, and managing releases in an agile mode.

• Conducting non-regression tests, training, and user communications.

• Daily coordination with the development team distributed between Paris and India, in a multicultural context.

Required profile:

• Proven experience in Product Ownership, agile methodologies, and project management.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and service orientation.

• Bilingual English (for international communication and documentation) and fluent French (for daily exchanges with local teams).

• Location: Tour Saint-Gobain, La Défense (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
