About the Role:

My client are looking for a highly skilled and motivated machine learning engineer to join their growing team in Poland. As an ML engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that drive critical business decisions. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to bring AI-driven solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable machine learning solutions for real-world problems

• Collaborate with data scientists to transition prototypes into production-ready systems

• Build data pipelines for training and inference using tools like Airflow, Spark, or similar

• Monitor, test, and continuously improve the performance of deployed models

• Ensure model reproducibility, scalability, and compliance with company and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in machine learning engineering or a related role

• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD)

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

• English proficiency (written and spoken)
