The firm are expanding our RPA practice to support high-impact projects and seek a Lead UiPath Consultant to drive their automation strategy from Argentina. Role and Responsibilities:
As the Lead UiPath Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and migration of UiPath RPA solutions for their U.S.-based clients, with a focus on integrating AI/ML for process optimization. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative automation projects. Key responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end UiPath implementations, including process discovery, bot development, and deployment, for enterprise clients, achieving 95%+ client satisfaction.
Drive migrations of legacy automation systems to UiPath, ensuring seamless transitions and 99.9% uptime for critical workflows.
Leverage AI/ML capabilities (e.g., UiPath AI Fabric, TRACY algorithm) to enhance process mining and automation, targeting 20% efficiency gains.
Collaborate with process mining teams (e.g., using Celonis) to identify automation opportunities, integrating insights into UiPath workflows.
Mentor a team of 5–8 UiPath consultants, providing technical guidance and fostering skill development through 10+ training sessions annually.
Engage with clients to gather requirements, design RPA solutions, and present strategies to C-level stakeholders, securing $3M+ in annual revenue.
Support high-profile projects by automating workflows like contract reviews or citizen services.
Stay updated on UiPath advancements (e.g., Automation Cloud, Document Understanding) and AI/ML trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) in all RPA implementations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of UiPath experience, with 2+ years in a lead or architect role focusing on implementation and migration.
UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification mandatory; UiPath Certified Professional in AI/ML is a plus.
Proven expertise in RPA implementation, migration, and process mining, with experience delivering $1M+ projects for U.S. clients in finance, healthcare, or government.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML integration in RPA (e.g., UiPath AI Fabric, predictive analytics), with hands-on experience in process optimization.
Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., UiPath Process Mining, Celonis) and low-code platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Pega) is a plus.
Experience with UiPath modules (e.g., Orchestrator, Automation Hub, Task Mining) and integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP, SAP).
Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring teams of 5+ consultants and driving practice growth.
Strong communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to engage U.S.-based clients and stakeholders remotely.
Ability to work remotely from Argentina, with flexibility to align with U.S. time zones (EST/CST) for meetings and collaboration.
