Role Location: Remote, US (Canada also considered)

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the migration and development of multi-brand websites using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.
  • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions for complex digital ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration across brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee code reviews, best practices, and quality assurance for AEM-based projects.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing AEM implementations for performance, security, and user experience.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Adobe CMS tools and methodologies.
  • Stay updated on Adobe platform updates and emerging trends in CMS development.

Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in CMS development, with at least 4 years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Proven track record in migrating legacy sites to AEM and building multi-brand, multi-site architectures.
  • Strong expertise in AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations (e.g., with Adobe Analytics, Target, or third-party APIs).
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and back-end frameworks (Java, OSGi).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Git.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Developer or Sites is a plus.
