Junior Project Manager (Onboarding Process Coordinator)
The Junior Project Manager role is a customer-facing position focused on supporting the onboarding process for new clients (likely doctors). This role acts as an intermediary between the onboarding team (who gather initial client information) and the engineering team (who execute technical tasks). The candidate will handle administrative and process-oriented tasks, such as organizing client assets (e.g., logos, colors, content) and ensuring they are correctly entered into project management tools like
Monday.com and Salesforce. The role requires attention to detail, process adherence, and basic familiarity with these platforms.
- Duration: Three months
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks in the onboarding process, ensuring client assets (e.g., logos, colors, doctor’s name, address) are collected and organized.
- Follow a defined process using a template in Monday.com, duplicating it for each new client and populating it with relevant details (e.g., 20-step checklist).
- Enter and manage data in Salesforce and Monday.com to facilitate the handoff from onboarding to engineering teams.
- Ensure all assets and information are in the correct place for the engineering team to execute technical tasks.
- Act as the “glue” in the process, maintaining alignment and adherence to workflows.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: Basic proficiency with Salesforce and Monday.com for data entry and process management. No advanced technical skills required.
- Process-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to follow a structured onboarding process.
- Communication: Ability to coordinate between onboarding and engineering teams, ensuring clear handoffs.
- Experience: One to two years of experience, ideally in a junior project management or onboarding role with exposure to client-facing tasks.
- Tools/Platforms:
- Salesforce: Used for initial client data and process tracking.
- Monday.com: Used for project management, including duplicating templates and tracking onboarding steps.
