Role Overview

My client is looking for an experienced, visionary Head of Product to lead our product organisation. You’ll be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, scaling the team, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and is passionate about building cutting-edge AI/ML-powered B2B SaaS products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a bold, clear product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a high-performing product team.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver world-class products.
• Drive end-to-end product development, especially from 0 to 1 initiatives.
• Own product discovery, roadmap, delivery, and go-to-market alignment.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features into the core product offering.
• Ensure strong product processes, metrics, and feedback loops are in place.
• Champion customer empathy, product quality, and outcome-driven development.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and safety—especially in AI-related domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and scaling product teams.
• Strong background in SaaS and/or B2B technology businesses.
• Demonstrated success in building products from 0 to 1.
• Familiarity with or hands-on experience in Python, machine learning, or AI technologies.
• Understanding of AI safety, fairness, and responsible deployment is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
