This is a leadership role where you’ll collaborate across departments, manage a growing data team, and influence senior stakeholders on data-driven decision-making.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the company-wide data strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary data team (engineering, analytics, science, and governance).

  • Data Architecture: Oversee design and optimization of data platforms, pipelines, and infrastructure for scalability and reliability.

  • Governance & Compliance: Implement robust data quality, privacy, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO, etc.).

  • Analytics & Insights: Drive advanced analytics, BI, and predictive modeling to generate actionable insights.

  • Collaboration: Partner with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Finance to embed data-driven thinking across the organization.

  • Innovation: Champion modern data technologies, automation, and AI/ML opportunities to accelerate growth.

Job requirements:

  • Proven experience leading data teams and strategies in fast-paced, data-centric environments.

  • Strong technical background in data engineering, analytics, and modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Databricks).

  • Expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.

  • Excellent understanding of data governance, MDM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
