Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland

My client are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in Ruby on Rails to help us build and enhance their web applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality code. Experience with front-end technologies is a plus.

This is a hybrid position and this position does not offer sponsorship on this occasion

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Good experience with Frontend experience
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Experience with database systems, preferably PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
