Job Title: Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript)
Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 + equity
Location: San Francisco or New York City (hybrid/on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Build intuitive, high-performance frontend systems for video editing and generation
• Drive the architecture and development of new UI components and workflows from scratch (greenfield)
• Interface with backend services through RESTful APIs
• Work closely with researchers to surface cutting-edge AI capabilities in a user-friendly way

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience with Typescript and React
• Experience building or contributing foundationally to a performant video editor
• Strong understanding of working with RESTful APIs

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with WebCodecs or ffmpeg.wasm
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and Next.js
• Familiarity with web authentication/authorization protocols
